1. How much will it cost?
The cost of custom web site design is based on the services requested for each web site design. For example, the number of pages, logo design, etc. A custom quote saves you money, by only including those features required for your particular business. You do not pay for services that you do not need!

Web Doctor Service does NOT charge by the hour when designing sites. Each quote reflects a completed fully functional web site. There are NO hidden costs. Get a Custom Website Quote.

 

2. Will my site display properly in Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox?
Yes. Your site is tested for browser compatibility in Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox. These browsers account for approximately 90% of all users. Your web site is also checked for compatibility in other browsers as well.

3. What do I need to provide to have a web site created?
After placing your order, Web Doctor Service will send you a Questionnaire Form. This form consists of general questions that will assist in the development of your web site. Sample questions:

• Your slogan
• Company colors and fonts
• Logos
• Address/Phone to use on Internet
• Email accounts and email forwarding
• ... and more

This form will need to be completed and emailed back. Scanning services are included and all materials submitted are returned upon completion of your site.

4. What is web hosting?
Web hosting is a means of housing your web pages on the Internet. Similar to renting a house, you pay a monthly fee to store your pages and have them accessible on the world wide web. There are many hosting companies available and Web Doctor Service matches your needs with the best price and services available at the time of order.

5. Is there a fee every time I need to change or update my web site?
Once your site is completed, you have the opportunity to purchase a Website Maintenance Plan. A Maintenance plan is only needed if you do not wish to make changes or update your web site yourself. All plans are customized based only on the update services you request.

6. I already have a site and only wish to improve it?
We also offer complete website redesign of your existing site. We can use your existing text data and apply a new "look and feel" to your web site.

7. How long does it take to complete a web site?
The average web site design can be completed in 10 - 15 business days. This time may vary depending on the size of your web site. You will be given a completion date before your order is processed. All work is completed within the quoted time frame to allow you to prepare and plan for any additional advertising you may wish to schedule for your web site.

8. Can I be responsible for changing and updating my own web site after completion?
Yes. Our web sites are designed to be easily updated using a variety of programs and online updating access. Web Doctor Service does not provide "teaching" services of software or programs which you may acquire to update your web site with.

9. Who "owns" the web site after it is created?
The web site is yours - you own it 100%. Web Doctor Service reserves the right to display any development (web design, banner, logo or other) in our online portfolio if desired. We also hold the right to place a "designed by" reference on your site.

10. I already have a website, can you spruce it up for me?
Yes.  One of our core services is the website redesign and / or Maintenance Plan for an existing website.

11. How long do your SEO services take?
The length of an SEO campaign is a very fluid system.  Main factors in determining a time frame include number of keywords requested, competition of said key words, client budget for link purchases and directory listings.  For a detailed quote please refer to our SEO services quote form.

12. How many SEO terms can I request?
Our SEO team generally recommends a 3 term limit initially.  Once we have control of those 3 terms (your site is in the top 3 for the terms) we then recommend expanding the program.  A successful SEO consultant program can dramatically increase your internet response, so we recommend taking this in steps to allow you to maintain customer service levels as your volume grows.

13. Do you have a track record of SEO success?

14. I need help setting up and maintaining my Google Adwords account.  Can you help?
Yes we can.  We offer a complete Google Adwords consultant solution.  We can research your terms, setup your campaigns and use the Google Analytics tools to tranck responses.
